Hello there!
SO! Up until now I have been trying to post every day. When I was editing Awakening, this was easily achievable. But everything that I’m posting now is NEW! Which means I have to write it. In some cases, I’m even checking and editing to make sure I’m not posting a load of junk.
An issue I’ve always had with writing is working under pressure. To avoid what I usually do (give up and come back to it in several months) I’ve decided to reel it in a bit. The only pressure here is coming from me, granted, but I’m a lot harsher on myself than anyone else could be. Instead of posting every day, I’m sticking to a schedule to write (based on minimum word goal) every day. That way, I should be able to post a new chapter every few days.
My plan is to post Mondays and Fridays.
On Mondays, you will get a chapter of Becoming: Book Two of the Eklektos Series, continuing on from where Awakening left off. I know I should leave it longer to build tension or whatever, but I love this story and I want to share it with you guys.
On Fridays, you will get a new chapter of Iron and Bone, of the Tales of Forlarion series.
If my inspiration for either of these starts to dwindle over time, I will let you all know. But there are a few chapters already written for both and I’m hoping to keep my momentum going. There are, of course, other projects I’m mulling over so please check out my Writing Projects page and let me know if any of them appeal to you.
If I happen to find something that irritates me enough I need to write about it, or if the poetry faerie chews on my ear, there might be the occasional extra post. These will not replace the book chapters! But they might show up from time to time, if the mood strikes.

In the meantime, I’m going to have to think of a better title for these…I doubt this will be the last sodding change I make.
